1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Eutouria website (eutouria.com) and our personalised travel planning services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Eutouria is registered in the Netherlands under KvK number 99316005.

2. Service Description

Eutouria is a personalised travel planning agency. We provide tailor-made travel experiences including, but not limited to, VIP travel, student travel, sport travel, and leisure travel. Our services include itinerary creation, accommodation recommendations, transport arrangement, and activity planning.

Eutouria acts as an intermediary between you and third-party travel suppliers (such as hotels, airlines, and tour operators). We are not the direct provider of transport, accommodation, or activities unless explicitly stated.

3. Booking Process

Our booking process works as follows:

1. You contact us with your travel preferences via our contact form, email, or WhatsApp.
2. We create a personalised travel proposal based on your requirements and budget.
3. You review and approve the proposal, including all details and pricing.
4. Upon your confirmation and payment (as outlined below), we proceed with the bookings on your behalf.
5. You receive a complete itinerary and all necessary booking confirmations.

A booking is considered confirmed only after you have received written confirmation from Eutouria (via email) and any required payment has been received.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• A deposit may be required upon confirmation of your booking. The exact amount will be communicated in your personalised proposal.
• The remaining balance is due before the date specified in your booking confirmation.
• All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified.
• Prices are subject to availability and may vary based on exchange rates, supplier pricing, or seasonal fluctuations until booking is confirmed.
• Payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 60 days before departure: full refund minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred with third-party suppliers and our service fee.
• 30 to 60 days before departure: partial refund, subject to third-party supplier cancellation policies.
• Less than 30 days before departure: refund depends entirely on the cancellation terms of the relevant suppliers. A service fee is non-refundable.
• No-show: no refund is applicable.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

6. Changes to Your Booking

In rare cases, we or our suppliers may need to make changes to your booking due to circumstances beyond our control (such as supplier availability, natural events, or government regulations). In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a suitable alternative or a refund where applicable.

7. Liability Limitations

While we take every care to ensure the quality of your travel experience:

• Eutouria acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, tour operators, etc.).
• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, or other force majeure events.
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Eutouria for the relevant booking.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.

8. Your Responsibilities

As a traveller, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring your passport and any required visas are valid and up to date.
• Checking and complying with entry requirements, health regulations, and travel advisories for your destination(s).
• Providing accurate information when making a booking.
• Arriving on time for all scheduled transport, tours, and activities.
• Obtaining adequate travel insurance.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Eutouria website — including text, images, logos, design, graphics, and software — is the property of Eutouria or its content suppliers and is protected by Dutch and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content from our website without our prior written permission.

10. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful material.
• Scrape, data-mine, or otherwise extract content from our website without permission.

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

12. Complaints
