About Madrid
Madrid is Spain's vibrant, fiercely proud capital — a city of world-class art museums, sun-drenched plazas, legendary tapas bars and an insatiable appetite for life that keeps it awake long after the rest of Europe has gone to bed. The Prado, Reina Sofía and Thyssen-Bornemisza form the Golden Art Triangle, one of the greatest concentrations of fine art on the planet, while the Retiro Park, the Gran Vía and the Barrio de las Letras each offer their own distinct pleasures.
For students and leisure travellers, Madrid is an outstanding city break — energetic, social, culturally rich and far less crowded than Barcelona. Football fans can experience the electric atmosphere of the Bernabéu stadium, while food lovers can lose themselves in the tapas bars of La Latina or the rooftop terraces of Malasaña. Eutouria designs Madrid itineraries that bring the authentic Spanish capital to life in ways that go well beyond the guidebook.
